LONDON — StudioCanal has inked a deal for U.K., French and Benelux rights to Jordan Scott’s “Cracks” in a multiterritory deal that will see British indie Optimum Releasing roll out the movie out here.
The British boarding school-set period drama, which is about to wrap shooting, stars Eva Green, Juno Temple and Sinead Cusack.
The film also has attracted Alain Goldman, who will executive produce through his Legende Enterprises production banner.
“Cracks” is produced by Future Films’ Kwesi Dickson, Industry Entertainment’s Rosalie Swedlin, Killer Films’ Christine Vachon and Scott Free’s Julie Payne. Ridley Scott, Tony Scott, John Wells, Michael Costigan, Stephen Margolis and Guy Collins are exec producers.
The picture has secured funding from the Irish Film Board.
