A few days ago it was indicated in the Hollywood Reporter that Franklyn is a rumour for the Cannes Festival. Could just be possible if the movie is finished in April.
By the way if you scroll down a bit on the page
http://www.bebo.com/Blog.jsp?MemberId=1383178735 you can see a casting call for Cracks. There is quite some additional information about the film.
If everything goes ahead as planned Eva will be working with a lot of teenagers.

Yay, Franklyn!!!!
Hey, thanks, HAS!!!
Darn it, I would have loved to play Di, I’m the right age as well…WAAAAHH, too bad I’m not Caucasian or from UK…*Monique sobs*
That’s a lot of teenage girls…
Oh, by the way, I saw a mention of Eva in the book, Cinema Year by Year (p. 312), it featured the announcement of her taking on the role of Vesper Lynd in Casino Royale…
Just wanted to let you guys know.

I hope that rumour of Cannes Festival would be true, this event has a big media coverage in france, so we’ll have great chance to see Eva on TV and why not invited in broadcasts (I realize she has never come on a french TV broadcast).

if Franklyn will be presented and viewed during the Cannes Film Festival, there’s a good chance a big distributor will pick it up for a major release so cross your fingers that this Cannes rumor comes true everyone! 😉

Thanks HAS for the Cracks update. Diving team? Hmmm….. interesting. Especially at the 1930s! I also hope that Franklyn will make it for the Cannes.

D*mn! The closing date for that “Cracks” casting call was 2 weeks ago….I wish I had seen it sooner. I’m too “old” and I have the wrong nationality, but hey, can’t help to try, right…?
I agree with Monique, I think I’ll LOVE both films!
