It seems like Miss Green is having a busy and fun month. She’s managed to attend yet another event (with her black boots in feet) when nobody was seeing: “The Norman Conquests” Gala at the Old Vic in London.

Thanks Lorna for the heads-up!

Thanks Lorna (…and Mariana of course). I like her casual dress code. Is it my impression or her smile looks more bright than in the big galas and the “serious” social events.

What exactly was this event and where did it take place? i must admit I didn’t quite understand the narrative with the article.

Franklyn is #25 on EMpire’s 38 FIlms to Watch This Winter: http://www.empireonline.com/features/winter-movie-preview-2008/

    Directed by: Gerald McMorrow
Starring: Eva Green, Sam Riley, Ryan Philippe, Bernard Hill

    What’s It About?
Set in a future London where there is no separation of Church and State, Franklyn tells the interweaving stories of four lost souls, each searching for something or someone. Preest (Phillipe) is a masked vigilante searching for his nemesis; Emilia (Green) is an artist obsessed with suicide; Milo (Riley) a heartbroken thirty-something trying to recapture the purity of love, and Esser (Hill) a man searching for his son amongst the city’s homeless. Not much more has been revealed about the plot, but initial images suggest that it has impressive visuals, giving us high hopes for this British sci-fi.
